I received a call from P&L just a few business days after purchasing my new vehicle to schedule my service, and they were able to get me in that same week. The receptionist I worked with, Chelsey, was incredibly kind and very organized! She made the process very simple and convenient. My vehicle looks great and was ready in a timely manner.

I just had paint sealant, rustproofing, undercoating and window tinting done on my new Pilot. My car was picked up at my home in the morning and returned by early afternoon. I was given detailed instructions on how to care for my car over the next couple days. The interior of my vehicle was even cleaned which was not part of my service package. This company went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!!

P&L Automotive did an excellent job on my 2025 GMC Sierra 2500HD, my services included full body protective film, window tinting, body cavity protection. I am very happy with their work and will bring future vehicles to their business. They are easy to work with and offer great pricing. I would not go anywhere else if you want a professional quality job. Thank You, Brent

The quality of their products is very good and I’ve been happy with everything they’ve done on multiple vehiclesz Scheduling was easy and they give you a curtesy car. Only took a couple of days to have my car back. The only reason I give them a 4 out of 5 is because I had a really frustrating customer service experience between them and my car dealership. I purchased their full paint protection wrap through the dealer which was rather expensive. When I got the car to P&L we discovered that a good portion on the front had already been wrapped by the previous owner. At first I was told they could remove it and apply their product which I was fine with. But then later I was informed that they couldn’t. Since they were only able to partially wrap the car I was/should have been entitled to some level of “discount”. Getting this figured out was an absolute headache. Both my dealer and P&L said they were working together to figure it out but when I asked for updates, they each pointed the figures at each other which was super frustrating. After 4 months of this, many phone calls and trips to both locations, I finally received my “discount” which was about $300 off a $2,000 package….

If I could give this company a zero, I would. First off the woman answering the phone in the scheduling department is very unprofessional does not care, or does not seem to care about the issue at hand and offers no other alternative to make it right The installation of the protection film was the worst that I have ever seen. After the initial installation, it looked like it started bubbling a little bit and peeling away or they come to find out there was debris underneath the film and they put that film over that debris. And so I had to drive back down to their location wait two hours for them to supposedly have fixed the issue.. I noticed that there was still peeling away from my bumper so they came out to my house did not offer any sort of refund acted as though I was a burden to get these issues resolved. When I came home that day, they had made two slits in the film to get it to supposedly look right and that was the first thing that I noticed on my front bumper.. so after three strikes you’re out . I ended up bringing my truck to a different place that does protection film and after they remove the film that PNL automotive installed, they pointed out to me three significant
